The disciples practise various techniques under His enlightening guidance in these meditation centres which offer a conducive environment for spiritual practices for one and all. Meditation in mass creates a strong spiritual current and atmosphere helping the true and sincere seeker in his practices. The are two meditation centres in Mauritius, the Prashant Ashram located in Dubreuil and the Lao Tzu Meditation Center situated in the south of the island at Beau Climat.
