2009:
- The SGAS UK organised two meditation sessions in Uxbridge and North London on the 17 and 19 September 2009 respectively. Meditation sessions were also carried out for the members and adherents of the SGAS UK.Swami Paramananda gave a talk on ‘‘The Power of No Thinking‘ on these two occasions.

2008:
- 43 Satsangs were held all together: Iver Heath and Kings Cross
- One-day discourse at Iver Heath, Bucks. They participated in the Mauritian fun fair in East and North London in August 2008. In the same breath they also organised several book exhibitions.
- Iver Heath meditation workshop on the 20th July was based on a passive Buddhist meditation technique called the Ana pan Sati. The positive response from the Iver Heath venue resulted in the recruit of new seekers, thereby maximizing the West London group.
- Friern Barnet meditation workshop on August 2008, the most successful as well as the most appreciated by the Spiritual Master, was based on a preamble of what is meditation and a passive meditation technique called Anapana Sati.
- Following the positive response from the new seekers, a new meditation group was launched in September 2008 in North London, Friern Barnet. The Event was filmed by Serina, from West London.
- Residential Meditation retreat in Somerset, Croydon Hall:
SGAS UK has organised a residential retreat on the 15th, 16th and 17th August 2008, for the first time. The retreat was very successful and has left the new seekers in a state of bliss. The event was much supported and appreciated by the Osho community at Croydon Hall.

2007:
- 43 Satsangs were held all together: Iver Heath and Kings Cross
- A 3-hour talk at Rose Marie Retreat (Company’s name) in Kent in June 07 by Swami Paramananda on “Meditation, the end of Human suffering” and “Spirituality and the 21st Century” followed by the rebirth therapy technique.
- A 10-day visit of the Spiritual Master in October 2007 was heavily scheduled with the following activities: interview at Sunlight Radio Station, Kent and Ernst and Young on the “Youth of Today”, working session with Mr. Mark Windows, Special satsangs, workshop in Iver Heath where Swamiji discoursed and gave practical techniques (Tibetan exercises and rebirth therapy), discourse on Self Education at London School of Spirituality.
- A new meditation group was set up in July 2007 in Iver Heath
- Swami Paramananda had media coverage by being interviewed at the following:
- Live Conversation Radio in Hastings
- BBC Kent Radio
- Sunlight Radio, Kent
- Monthly publication of His Holiness article on the Mauritius News - The Spiritual Master featured a key role in Mr Mark Windows (Film Producer+company’s name) documentary namely the Experience of the Astral and out of the Body Experience. Mr Mark Windows volunteered to produce two DVD’s on Self Education and Meditation.
- The IT UK team in collaboration with the IT team of Mauritius have been able to broadcast all the satsangs live. They have also achieved the following tasks:
- Produced DVD’s of the discourses of the third visit of his Holiness Swami Paramananda.
- Conducted live conferences and meetings with SGAS Mauritius.
- Designed and printed flyers, covering the events throughout the year.
- Designed the SGAS UK website.
