As every 1st January, the members and adherents of SGAS started 2010 in the holy presence of Swami Paramananda and received the blessings of His Holiness during the spiritual gathering at the Prashant Ashram Meditation Centre. Swamiji’s message was centred on the science of meditation -- the solution to all problems. He emphasised on the need for all aspirants to make an additional effort to spend more time in meditation.
